The Wet Job Part 4 quest is a part of the Wet Job questline which has five tasks in total in Escape from Tarkov. It is given by trader Tadeusz Pilsudski also known by his alias Peacekeeper. Naturally, finishing the first three will let you unlock Wet Job Part 4 quest. It is a pick-up task that takes place on Shoreline, the fourth map that was added to the game. Players should note that this quest is required to access the Kappa Secure Container.

Wet Job Part 4 Quest: How to Complete
Players should note that they must be at least level 14 to start this quest. When you take it up, Peacekeeper says that they ran Artyom through our database. He reveals that he most likely lived in the health resort after the conflict and may have been connected to TerraGroup, but it is unconfirmed. “The nature of their joint operation with the fisherman is also not completely clear, but, considering how secretive their meetings were, I'm pretty sure it's some kind of military tech. We need to find where exactly Artyom’s quarters were, the info could be in the list of tenants, which has to be in the administration office, if it is still intact, of course. Find those documents and bring them to me,” he adds.
The objectives of the quest are as follows:

Obtain a list of the resort's tenants on Shoreline

Hand over the list of tenants to Peacekeeper
Keep in mind that you need to get your hands on the Sliderkey Flash drive with the ‘found in raid’ status and hand it over to the Peacekeeper. The Sliderkey Flashdrive can only be found if the quest is active and once picked up, it gets transferred to your quest item inventory. If you fail to extract with it, you will end up losing it.
For this quest, you need to head to the Admin building on Resort on Shoreline. Enter through the center and climb the stairs, turn right, and climb one set of stairs again to turn left. Walk down the corridor and you must see a white, closed door. If it is open, you are not the first one to get to the location.
Once you are in that room, you will notice the flash drive on the table. This flash drive contains the list of the resort’s tenants that Peacekeeper needs.
