The Health Care Privacy Part 2 quest in Escape From Tarkov is available to complete on the Shoreline map, the fourth location added to the game. The quest is given to you by Elvira Khabibullina, known by her alias "Therapist". You need to be level 2 and above to do this quest and it is a requirement for obtaining Kappa Secure Containers. Search the room in the Health Resort for any documents about TerraGroup's research.

Hand over the retrieved information.

Survive and extract from the location.
Before you head to the Shoreline map, you’ll first need to obtain the Health Resort West wing room 306 key from the flea market, or as a random drop from jackets, scav pockets and bags or the factory.
Once you have the key, head over to the Shoreline map and make your way towards the health resort. Beware while exploring the resort because you may run into Cultists here. Head to this room on the top floor of the west wing of the resort.
Make your way to the resort and head up to the second floor.
Make your way to the main entrance, and go right towards the stairwell. Head to the top of the stairwell and right. The left hallway is blocked off with sandbags so you’ll need to turn right.
Beware of possible Cultist that spawn here.
Make your way towards room 306. You’ll go past a hole in the floor and you’ll get to the red door to the room.
