The Huntsman Path - Sadist Quest is an alternative to the Colleagues Part 3 Quest given by the Therapist. The Huntsman Path - Sadist Quest is given by trader Ivan Yegorovich Kharitonov, known by his alias "Jaeger” and this happens on the Shoreline location in Escape from Tarkov. To recall what has happened on Shoreline in the Colleagues quest line so far, the Therapist sent groups of people to search and engage Shoreline boss Sanitar (the doctor) into an agreement about some type of medical knowledge. However, all of her men died and we had to retrieve Sanitar’s surgical kit and ophthalmoscope. Following this, we also had to give a couple of key cards and injections to the Therapist without killing Sanitar.

The Huntsman Path - Sadist Quest Guide
When you choose the quest, Jaeger complains about the mess Sanitar has caused on Shoreline. He says, “The smell of rot and desolation everywhere, can't even breathe properly in the city... And on top of all that, a new moron showed up. They call him Sanitar. This scum [Sanitar] conducts experiments on people and perhaps does even more terrible things. You can't leave it like this, such people.. such abominations should not walk our ground. The world will only become cleaner. Deal with this.”
The only objective of this Jaeger quest is to eliminate Sanitar on Shoreline.
Note that if you’ve completed Colleagues - Part 3, you will fail and lose access to this quest. Likewise, if you finish this one, you cannot do Colleagues - Part 3 anymore.
To finish the Huntsman Path - Sadist quest you have to kill Sanitar. He can be found at the following locations on Shoreline:

Once you successfully eliminate Sanitar, Jaeger says that you did the right thing. He adds, “Even if others say that Sanitar did good deeds, he brought much more evil. Don't believe those people's lies. I've seen people like Sanitar before: once they go crazy, there's no turning back. You can only shoot them like rabid dogs.”
